Disney Raises Ticket Prices

bichinhos da disneyStarting in June 2012 you will pay more to enjoy the very popular Disney World parks. Ticket prices for adults will now be $89 and children ages 3-9 years old will pay $83. Remember if you take advantage of Magic Your Way Tickets, you will be saving when buying as a package and multiple days in different parks. For example…If you are planning to visit all the Disney World parks, you will need at least 4 days, since Disney World has 4 parks. If you wait to buy the tickets each day when you get to the park individually you will pay much more for your tickets. It will cost $89 per day per park, but if you plan ahead and buy the tickets online in advance for 4 days or more, you will definitely save money.  4 days will cost you $256, that’s $64 per park/day. Disney has great water parks too, I totally recommend them. There are 2  water parks : Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, you can also save by buying multiple days together with other Disney’s parks. One day at a water park will cost $57 but for 2 days the price goes down to $28.50 a day. Great huh!?…

Park Hopper

How does it work? For example…if you would like to go to all 4 Disney parks but you only have 2 days to spend in Orlando, then you buy tickets for 2 days , for 2 parks PLUS 2 park hoppers ( Park hoppers costs $35 per day, the price goes down if you buy more, so $35 + $89 per day= 2 parks at the same day Or 3 or 4 parks in a day!)  The parks offer  all kinds of transportation to hop from one park to another. So in one day you can visit Magic Kingdom and Epcot and the next day  Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios. I just mentioned the Park Hopper in case you are just “passing by ” Orlando. I don’t recommend visiting more than one park per day. You won’t be able to see and do everything a park has to offer, especially if this is your first visit to Disney.  Disney has so much to do, it’s huge, you really need more than one day per park. You won’t enjoy as much with only half a day in each park. But if you don’t have many days in Orlando and just want to check all 4 Disney’s parks out, then this is only way.

Either way, even with a higher price…Disney is always worth the visit…”Where dreams come true” .

Enjoy! And don’t forget to eat a Mickey-shaped ice cream!
